With the holiday season just around the corner, we are trying to decide who to help this year! Last year, Nathan Coccigmiglio with Safe Haven Private Vaults and Support from Utah, helped with the relief of Hurricane Sandy. http://www.ksl.com/?sid=23087884 Rather than helping in the traditional ways, toys and gifts for the children were provided. When a disaster strikes, necessities are definitely key, but to a child? Of course they are going to be worried about what will happen on Christmas? Will there still be gifts under whichever tree we are surrounding? Will Santa Clause know where to find us if we aren’t in our home due to it no longer standing?
This year, we are trying to come up with some good ideas as to where we should apply our help. With so many disasters happening around the world, there are many people that could use our help! We’d love to hear some good ideas! If you can think of victims of disaster that would really benefit from Support from Utah, go ahead and list them for us. The more ideas the better.
If you’d like to see what we did last year, go and check out the link above for the video. It was an incredible feeling providing a good Christmas for the little ones suffering from the effects of Sandy.
Thank you for reading!
Until next time! 🙂
